This entire day was filled with water works. Seeing Jimmy walk across the stage in his cap and gown was a proud and amazing moment. After the graduation ceremony we feasted, thanks to the efforts of my dear friend and chef Ray. He really accomplished the menu I had envisioned. Jimmy loves food and he likes trying new food even more. I am now a big fan of baked brie and cherry jam, yum!
p.s. It's tradition for the college graduate to put his/her stole around the neck of someone that has inspired them to achieve their dream of completing college. Jimmy decided to give it to his dad, it was so sweet and touching. Yup, I cried again. Oh and I only got one picture of Sammy because she was busy playing and I just didn't want to ruin a good thing by forcing her to take a picture.
